Payment terms for businesses

General Information

At nordicmotorcenter.com you can pay as an business with these following payment methods:

• Invoice*
• Card payment
• Advance payment by bank transfer

* Applies only to businesses with Swedish corporate identity number and after an approved credit control.

Invoice

In case of invoice payment, Nordic Motor Center or its partners can make a credit control on your corporate identity number. If the credit report is not approved, you will be offered another payment method.

Card payment

If you choose to pay with a swedish bank card, debit card or credit card there is no additional payment charge. If you choose to pay with a foreign bank card, debit card or credit card there is a payment charge of 2% of the totalt amount of the purchase. We accept payments by Visa and MasterCard.

For card payments, we use the payment provider Billmate AB, corporate identity number 556918-4129, phone number +46 (0) 40-30 35 00. The payment switch is certified for PCI DSS Level 1 and the solution is also licensed for 3D-Secure (MasterCard SecureCode and Verified by Visa). When you pay, you will be transferred to an encrypted page where the payment is made. No card number processing is done at the store.

Advance payment by bank transfer

If you choose advance payment by bank transfer, we do not add any additional payment charges.Advance payment is made to Nordic Motor Center's bank account in Swedbank.

How to make an prepayment by bank transfer:

• When you have selected the products you want to buy and clicked on to checkout, you first fill in your personal details / log in.
• Then select Advance payment by bank transfer as payment method and click "Finish Purchase"
• When you have completed your order, we will send a separate e-mail with our banking details and instructions on how to make your down payment to us.
• When we receive your payment, you will receive an email confirmation that we have received your payment.

Discounts

Percentage discounts, such as workshop discounts, do not apply to sales articles. Our campaigns cannot be combined and you cannot use two different discount codes on the same order.

If you have a discount code, use it at checkout. Fill in the discount code when you reach the checkout, then the amount will be deducted automatically from the total amount of your order.

Security

We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer), which is a security protocol for secure data transfer over the Internet (or other networks).

The SSL protocol creates an encrypted channel between sender and receiver. The encryption ensures that no one can manipulate data (MessageIntegrity).

The SSL protocol uses digital certificates to control transmitter and / or server authentication (Server Authentication)

Receipt and Warranty Certificate

Your invoice, which you receive from us on e-mail and mail after purchase, works both as a receipt and warranty certificate.
